1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

The conditional money-back guarantee applies specifically to the Digital Master Builder (DMB) course.

We offer a conditional money-back guarantee within 90 days from the date of purchase of the DMB course.

To qualify, you must demonstrate that you have made a genuine and consistent effort to apply the strategies taught inside the DMB program.

4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To request a refund under the money-back guarantee, you must provide:

– Proof that you have accessed and gone through the course materials
– Evidence of implementation (e.g., created digital products, listings, or content)
– Activity showing consistent effort (e.g., working on your products multiple times per week)

All submissions must clearly demonstrate a reasonable attempt to apply the strategies taught.

5. REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may also be considered in the following cases:

– You accidentally purchased the same product more than once
– You did not receive access due to a technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order details and proof of payment.

6. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds will not be granted if:

– No effort was made to use the product or course
– The request is based on change of mind or lack of interest
– Required proof of implementation is not provided
– You violate our Terms of Service (including misuse of resellable products)

7. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us. We are happy to assist and ensure you receive your product.

8. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to provide proof of access, usage, and delivery to payment processors in response to disputes.

9. PROCESSING REFUNDS

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Access to digital products, including resellable items, may be revoked upon refund.
